cove ibex provides administrative outsourcing services to businesses, including but not limited to bookkeeping, payroll management, document processing, email management, data entry, and customer support administration. Our administrative services are provided on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise specified in a written service agreement. Either party may terminate services with thirty days written notice. Services are billed monthly in advance. Payment is due within fifteen days of invoice date. Late payments may result in service suspension. All prices are in Canadian dollars and do not include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

We maintain strict confidentiality protocols and will not disclose your information to third parties except as required by law or with your explicit consent. All team members sign confidentiality agreements.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, cove ibex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the three months preceding the claim.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy in our work but cannot guarantee error-free service. Clients are responsible for reviewing all deliverables and notifying us of any errors within a reasonable timeframe.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless cove ibex, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms of Use.
While we implement appropriate security measures to protect your information, you acknowledge that no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Our services may integrate with third-party platforms and software. We are not responsible for the functionality, security, or availability of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes that may affect your service agreement.
Our services are provided on an as-is basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of our services for any particular purpose. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation is unsuccessful, disputes may be referred to mediation before pursuing litigation.
If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
